- Tickets must be purchased with a minimum of 3 nights stay at Walt Disney World Resorts.
- Full payment is required for Magic Your Way Tickets at time of purchase.
- A non-refundable deposit - 1 night per person is required upon reservations.
- Full payment is required 30 days prior to departure.
- After travel documents issued, an administration fee of HK$200 per room is applied, plus any further charges or penalty assessed by hotels. Such fees are due immediately when amendment request is made.

+ Cancellation Fees:  

- 14 days or more before arrival - deposit forfeited.
- Less than 14 days before arrival - non-refundable.
- No refund for any unused portion or no show.

This charge is subject to each hotel's policy that might be equivalent to at least one night's room rate.
- Special cancellation policy may apply for certain hotels especially during the Special Holidays or Events periods or its high/peak seasons.
- Hotel reserves the right to charge the original period of stay in full without any refund for early check-out.
- No show is subject to one night room charge plus any penalty & fee imposed by hotel/supplier.
