* Driver tip of US$3.00 per person one way for airport transfers and US$5.00 per person for the sightseeing tour is suggested.
* Package is non-endorsable, non-reroutable & non-refundable.
* All taxes, airlines insurance & visa fee are excluded.
* Package must be completed on/before 28 Dec 2005.
* All prices are subject to hotel surcharge during Trade Fair periods.
* A non-refundable deposit of HK$1,000 per person at time of reservation, full payment is required within 7 working days.

- All hotel rates listed in this tariff are per room, per night and include all applicable taxes.
- All hotel rates listed in this tariff are Run-of-House or Standard rooms unless specifically noted.
- All rates are in Hong Kong Dollars. Our published rates are subject to change and may not apply over certain convention and/or special event dates.

- 5 working days (96 working hours) before arrival, one night room charge plus any penalty and fee charged by hotel/supplier.
- After the voucher issued or booking deadline, any alteration or cancellation is subject to a handling/cancellation fee of HK$100 per room per hotel plus any penalty & fee charged by hotel/supplier. This charge is subject to each hotel's policy that might be equivalent to at least one night's room rate.
- Special cancellation policy may apply for certain hotels especially during the Special Holidays or Events periods or its high/peak seasons.
- Hotel reserves the right to charge the original period of stay in full without any refund for early check-out.
- No show is subject to one night room charge plus any penalty & fee imposed by hotel/supplier.
